The game's great and is going to the right direction! There are though couple of hiccups here and there thus being a little clumsy at first. So here's a few to list:

    - With the current keys to use to register notes it doesn't feel natural how they work or at least give proper indication that you've hit them. Hopefully you can change keybinds in the future.
And also sound could be added to properly indicate when you've hit the keys correct or wrong.
    - Resolution feels a bit disorienting along with some of the fonts being small or too large depending which window size you choose.

The concept so far looks good but hoping there will be enough tinkering to adjust the tone of it in the very end!

    JDsy27 responds:

Thanks for the input and I'm glad to hear you think we're going in the right direction.

    Gotta obey the living furnace!

    GooseStranger responds:

    The furnace told me so!

The server / lobby functions do hiccup quite a lot but other than that it's very fun! Pretty much a great activity if you're in a group call and more to have fun with friends, gonna fav this so in the future will have engage in such activity with homies.

    larrynachos responds:

What sort of hiccups did you run into? 99% of the time the disconnect is because the host quit, were there other problems during gameplay that you noticed?

Glad you enjoyed it! There will be other game modes soon!

Concept being plain and simple but sparks so much charm! Sound effects are crunchy and satisfying to hear! Gameplay awfully cute and reminds me of those early 2000's Breakout games I used to see and play quite a few in my youth days. I also really dig the idea of the floor also being an obstacle as you juggle with projectiles to pass the level and survive along whilst keeping high score. Very reminiscent of Sonic 3's Carnival Night Zone boss where drills slowly destroy the floor.

I think you could also add more points and scoring events if the main robot will be able to survive level without losing lives, hitting multiple balls at the same time or not missing single star points. Otherwise there's not many Breakout or ball breaking games out there as this theme / category of game feels very left out. If fancy this project can be pushed towards Steam page or so I'd feel fancy to support since it is a quaint little project, also add nips!

    Chris responds:

I like that idea of having bonuses for achieving certain criteria during a level. Not losing lives or missing stars and such. Really great suggestion :)

This made my shit so corny.

I'm confident to say that the gameplay and concepts look nice. However, playing this both multiplayer and singleplayer does stutter a bit. Usually any action you do tends to register first with a big lagspike then proceed normally. Some of the map lighting is very disorienting and tends to be difficult to get used to- especially trying to understand where zombies are positioned too. And thus gameplay is simple and easy to process.

Thanks for the feedback :D !!!

I wouldn't be discouraged as others comment saying this is just an instructions thingamajig for Dreamcast. I hard disagree, this is still having purpose for being published and worked on.
While I unfortunately do not own the console I'm still certain one or two peeps will showcase this on the web to be seen how it looks. Otherwise emulators exist.
Again this is after all a unique entry and it's hard to come around these days seeing like this everyday. So just be happy to see something cool like this.

Thanks for the kind words, but it's all good. Just wanted to have this here, since this is such a Newgrounds joint. Everyone did so amazing, they needed more jpeg.

Now all these South Park styled characters and sonas need to make Canadian jokes.

    MOHD5aqer responds:

"oh phillip you're such a shit face cock master, you bitch"

    Gribbus07 responds:

As a Canadian myself I 100% agree with you

Extremely huge Hotline Miami charm. Has a bit of Gameboy Advance feel to it as well.
It's enough content to satisfy just a shame it has more bugs and here's a few to list:
    - Gibbing and gore sometimes still reacts to melee swinging before hitting the ground making frames drop
    - Killing multiple enemies at one spot can cause massive frame drop
    - You can get stuck next to doors or odd collision places
    - Sometimes bullets register badly both on yourself and onto enemies
    - Deflecting bullets is a bit janky
    - Grunts can run out of ammo and manage to get themselves to be stuck next to doorways

It's still plausible game being done in such short time. And level designing tools gives more to play around with it. Also, pipe melee weapon dropping was a nice reference.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We had limited time, and we did everything we could to make the most of it. We will analyze the issue you described and think about how to resolve it.

Yo where's Wii Weather Forecast on this thing!?
Lovely collab by the way. Feels nostalgic.

    AlexToolStudio responds:

    Uhhh nobody drew that

    RosieUV responds:

awww damn! how could we have forgotten the weather forecast! whatever should we do?

Trying not to look like a smartass in front of cool people since 2011. Living oldschool and still appreciating good things.
